Tours to the northern part of the city of Huaraz. In the tour you can see landscapes and cities of the Callejón de Huaylas, such as the snow peaks of Huandoy Huascarán, Chopicalqui, Hualcán, Copa, Urus, Ranrapalca, Ocshapalca and Vallunaraju; then continue the tours through Marcara, Carhuaz, this city is characterized by its traditional customs and typical clothes; you can visit the main square, the San Pedro church, you can taste the rich ice cream made from natural fruit typical of this city and the Callejón de Huaylas.

The route continues and we visit the old city of Yungay, today called Campo Santo, which was buried by an avalanche that came from the snowy Huascarán Norte, during the earthquake of May 31, 1970, which destroyed the Callejón de Huaylas and part of some departments as Lima, Trujillo, Huánuco; in this Campo Santo there were as mute witnesses 4 palm trees and the White Christ, currently there is a new one 1 km north of this Campo Santo. Continue the tours in the direction of Caraz, here you will deviate towards the east, entering by affirmed road until you reach the Parón lagoon with 34 km. approx. After visiting this lagoon you will return to the city of Caraz for lunch, then visit the main square, sweets and other attractions. Finishing the tour is done in the utilitarian and decorative handicraft factories “Taricá – Huaraz”. Return to Huaraz.
