Vallunaraju Mountain
Itinerary
DAY 1:5 hours aproximately
Huaraz – Moraine Camp Vallunaraju.- After the breakfast in the hotel We will aboard our private bus to Llaca valley passing the villages of Marian and Cachipampa, continue to the entrance of Llaca valley, then we will drive to get the Base Camp, where we will have lunch. After lunch we will continue climb to Moraine Camp for 3 hours more aprox. Accompanied with our porters who help us to transport our mountain equipments until Moraine Camp. Overnight camping at (4800masl)
DAY 2: 6 hours aproximately
Moreine CampVallunaraju – Summit – Base Camp – Huaraz.- 2 am will start hiking up sometimes rock climbing to get the glacier for about 1 hour, then we will start climbing for about 4 hours more to get the summit (5675masl). After to stay for some minutes, start to come back to the base camp.
Our private bus will come to pick up the passengers until the base camp,we will leave Base camp at12am, arriving to Huaraz at 01 p.m.
